Modelling is the systematic process of replicating and transfering of human talents.
In modeling, we assume that talents are simply behaviors that have been reinforced through repetition so that it can be performed subconsciously by the expert. Talent can therefore be replicated, if described in a form that is suitable for transfer. In other words, the patterns of excellent behavior can be taught to others. This is the fundamental philosophy behind Compass Excel.
